Lake Okareka

Join Estelle on this pretty little Rotorua Lake for a gentle paddle around it's interesting shores and hunt for small caves & glow worms. Bring your camping stove and cook up some pancakes or sausages for lunch if you like and enjoy the surrounding scenery.
Meet directly at the lake at 10:30am or at the shop at 8:45am. You'll come in to the lake via Okareka Loop Road. Turn left in to Millar Road and go straight along until you see the large grassy / parking area on the right with toilets and a beach. This is our launch spot.

The van & trailer will be going on this occasion so any hire kayaks from Canoe & Kayak BOP will need to be pre-booked.
