150614-Waiake wander with Peter Beadle

Join Peter Beadle on this lovely paddle of our coastline.

Meet at Waiake Beach at 0900 for 0930 departure.

With the low tide rock formations will be exposed along the coastline. It is interesting to see what we often paddle over and how far the rocks around the headlands extend from the shore.

Plan A:- Head toward Milford/Takapuna, have a lunch break and return to Waiake.

Plan B:- If the wind is stronger, northerly – then we will initially head toward Okura / Arkles, After lunch will have a tail wind for the return.

Experience level:- beginners
