Blue Gum Bay

Sunday 11th November

Starting from Omokoroa Beach we'll head across to Matakana Island following the shore north passed Tahunamanu Island and round in to Blue Gum Bay where we'll stop for lunch and a swim if the conditions are nice.

This trip is further than you think as we will cover up to 25km so you'll need to be paddle fit enough to cope (not for beginners).

Meet directly at the reserve at the end of Omokoroa near the Ferry Crossing at 9:30am. Off water by 4pm
High tide is at 11:32

The van will not be going via the shop so any hire kayaks from Canoe & Kayak will need to be transported by yourselves.
