Robbie is heading up to Whangamata Friday morning for a coastal paddle while the weathers still good then carrying onto Opoutere, she will be staying at the  Y.H.A ( The original old schoolhouse) Fri/Sat evening - if you are interested in joining her for a relaxed sheltered paddle on the inner harbour of the Historic Opoutere area meet her there.   Opoutere is just up the coast from Whangamata and has views out to Slipper Island, a mere 6km off shore, if we can't paddle there at least we can get a good view of it! Plenty of options for paddling, walking and viewing the history of the area, plus socialising in the evening.
