Lake Maraetai & Mangakino Stream- BOP

 

SUNDAY 10TH MARCH 

Come and discover Lake Maraetai and the pretty Mangakino Stream, part of the dam controlled Waikato River.
A leisurley paddle covering 15km exploring this interesting lake and stream with a stop for lunch on route and perhaps an ice cream from the cafe at the end.
A great trip for all levels of ability as the lake is generally quite sheltered.
Meet at the shop at 8:30am to load up or directly there at 10:45am at the end of Lake Road in Mangakino, by the boat ramp near the Paddle Boat launch site.
Off water by 4pm
