Meet at 09.30am at the Eastern Beach boat ramp at the southern end of The Esplanade. This is just opposite Luke Place.

Launch at 10am and travel south down the coast past the eastern beaches of Melons Bay, Howick Beach and Cockle Bay.

Continue up the river to Whitford Boat ramp for lunch at around 12.30pm. Here you can grab a coffee at Lime Tree Café.

Head back with the outgoing tide returning to Eastern Beach around 4pm. Latest time off water 5pm.

Distance is 20km.  High tide at 13.32 is 2.8m

The weather forecast as of Wednesday is fine with the wind picking up to SW 15knots in the afternoon. We should have some protection from the land.

Paddlers need to be competent in 15knots and able to paddle 20km.

Bring your lunch and drinks and usual safety equipment.
