Plan B - Due to weather forecast - meet at Sullivan's Bay and we will paddle up the harbour where it will be sheltered.
Meet at Orewa Beach near the surf club 1000, on the water by 1030. Paddle along the coast to Mahurangi Regional Park - this part of the coast has some good rock gardening and it’s an easy paddle.
Suitable for intermediate paddlers. Total distance is about 22km.
Take your helmet for rock gardening and possible surfing at Orewa.
